The airport transportation is first come first serve and cannot be prebooked like the check-in instructions suggest.

The hotel was clean, the complimentary breakfast was adequate. I just wished late check out was later than just 12nn. Our flight was not until 4:40pm, i requested for late check out and were given only until 12nn so we had to sit in the lobby for more than 2 hrs. before catching the shuttle to the airport.
