Split air AC abnormally noisy/ticking, leaked all over floor, bathroom smelled and had rust stains on floor of shower, buffet was cold and stale with limited selection. Listing said Queen or two twins, but hotel would not honor Queen room. Disappointed and will not stay here again.

The morning breakfast and close walkable distance to SM Mall makes this property worth an overnight stay.

Have been staying at this property for several years... Every time my wife and I go it's just a little bit more run down... However the staff is always very accommodating and professional,!!!
