Hotel North Pole is the best place we’ve stayed at all week while in the Fairbanks area

The hotel was convenient to area attractions and clean and comfortable; however the shower was weak and for someone four feet tall.

The staff is very rude and for a hotel that is pet friendly it is very inconvenient that I was told if I leave the building I cant leave my pet in a kennel. I cannot take my peta to conference meetings so staying at this place was pointless

Had we known we would have been happy to inform you of our policies. Our pet policies are in place for the safety and security for all guests and staff.
