Overall, ok compared to other nearby properties. Coffee shop closed mid afternoon and hotel didn’t have the most welcoming attitude

convenient M R T, buses and bus to air port, many cafe fast food and restaurants, quiet, all employees are friendly,.
did not like to see some peoples no clothes with tattoo, one employee can not handle my storage luggage

This hotel is exceptionally convenient with direct transportation to airport and other sceneries.
Staff are polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and food in the restaurant is tasteful.

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. Stayed here many times in recent years.
However, the basic facilities appears not to be standard across all rooms. This February stay, I was assigned a room with no USB plug-in facility provided as in my previous stays! A USB plug was provided after I contacted front desk.
