Got to hotel in the middle of severe thunderstorms, staff was very curtious and helpful with the situation.

I am giving this Comfort Inn and Suites one star. We were traveling through Nebraska. I mistakenly booked a room on the wrong date at this hotel through Expedia. Within the hour I realized I booked the wrong date. I wanted the room for 5/22 but made the reservation for 5/23. I called the hotel to see if I could change the reservation to that night. The person told me they were full for that night. I asked if I could please cancel. She said that wasn't possible. I checked with Expedia. They said it was up to the hotel's discretion. I have tried to speak to a manager, but have not been able to reach them. I realize it was a non-refundable room. I would have gladly paid for the hotel if there was a room. But I am not happy something could not be worked out.

Close to shopping and dining. Need to clean better. Elevator needs work. Super slow. We ate breakfast there. My family had their milk for breakfast and when they went to take a drink they had bugs in their milk. We couldn't eat our breakfast.
Comfort suites this location really should make sure their containers that had milk in them are clean and bug free.
Made me wonder if bugs are crawling around in the kitchen huge spider in the room on the ceiling.
We won't be back at this comfort inn in North Platte.

Reservation was very last minute and they didnt care. The property was clean and inviting. The front desk clerk was having issues with the computer and she was still friendly and very welcoming. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The whole place was awesome. Definately staying there again if in North Platte

Front desk checkin was very helpful with getting extra blankets and checking us in even though it was so late at night.
