Property was clean and very nice and quiet. The only concern I had was they don’t want you to put the comforters in with the laundry with the sheets and towels and such when you leave. So I’m not sure when/if they get washed.

We are so glad you had a nice and quiet vacation. We have the top blanket set aside so we can laundry them on property. All other laundry is contracted out to a vendor. No worries, all linen is cleaned upon departure.

Great place tucked away yet near all of the things
Posted 8 Apr 2023 on HotelsI was with my sister and our teenage sons for Spring break. I brought a lot of things from home but they also had a fully stocked kitchen equipping with everything from Tupperware to a teapot. The room was located on the side of the building so we had a clear view of both the beach and the parking lot. The young man who checked us in was very nice and all of the people who i crossed paths with on the property were pleasant.. the only complaint that i had was a very strong urine smell in the stairwell. I assume someones dog couldn't hold it anymore. All around it was a great, comfortable cozy place and i would definitely book again.

Great area. Just don’t like having to strip all the beds and carry off trash myself… that’s housekeeping job absolutely everywhere I’ve ever stayed all over the US including Hawaii & Alaska. Also need a regular size kitchen trash can - not a small one. One fast food trip for 4 fills small trash can up.

This property was exactly as listed and was an outstanding bargain! I wanted a quiet, clean 2-bedroom condo on the beach with an oceanfront view and I got exactly that! I couldn't have asked for anything more, and that rate was fantastic as well. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I definitely will return and have shared my great experience with members of my family as well!

Being oceanfront was a positive. The pool and hot tub was nice. The cockroaches in our room was very disturbing, and was told a room next to us was infested and they'd take note of this. Highly doubtful. No compensation was offered even though we told the office all the time and effort that was going to be put in to just getting our luggage and items in our house.

The place is quite nice the room was comfortable and clean, affordable. I guess the only thing is everything closes so early in Mrytle beach.
