Awesome views of the mountains from the hotel. Amazing sunset and very friendly staff.

Stayed at the pointe tapatio Friday and Saturday night. Friday night after swimming kids came home hungry and got them food. While eating in the living area a cocktoach was crawling on the floor. The kids immediately freaked out and would not sit in the living room. I contacted the front desk to notify them about the cockroach, the TV was not working and we did not have shampoo. Maintenance came and fixed the TV explained the network was having issues connecting to the new tvs and he picked up the cockroach to disguard of it. When I contacted the front desk to see what could be done. He said well I guess we can comp the hotel fees with an attitude. The kids would not sleep in the front room and ended up sleeping together in the spare bed. Never did the front desk apologize or say would you like a new room. Saturday we continued to have TV issues and could not order room service. I was sent a text to check on our stay I rated it a 2 and got feedback from the front desk. They called me and the same gentleman I spoke to with the attitude. Said I apologize and didn't have an attitude. Who says that!!!! Then he asked if we wanted to switch from at 830pm and we check out Sunday at 11. I said no that should have been the first thing you said when I called you guys Friday. He said he would take my info and deal with the next situation better. that's it! We had a broken ice machine next to out room. It was just all bad.

We did early check in and we were able to use the pool, however we never recieved our text that our room was ready as promised,when we went to the front desk we were made to wait in the long check in line again which didnt make any sense to me. I found it to be poor customer service and they werent very polite about it either.

Location, room and overall aesthetic were amazing. Room prices per night were solid for location and what you get. Would stay here again next time I visit AZ.

Found scorpions in the room along with bugs. Shuttle took forever

A little dark. Was hard finding out room as we arrived after 9pm. Other than that great place to stay. Clean pools. Very quite. Great location. Friendly staff.
