"Not enough lifts for hotel capacity Check in not very efficient. Have stayed at this hotel several times but this has now changed names and been rebranded and taken over by a different company. Intent checking desk to be told to go to self check in. I had to ask for help which the staff did help but wasn’t very clear No yes or coffeee facilities on the room Check out has changed and is now 10am. Can stay longer but have to pay extortionate amounts. Seems tk be taking the easy let style low budget packages except this hotel isn’t low budget! On checkout the staff were not helpful"

"This hotel is so conveniently located. You can walk everywhere…Covent Gardens, the West End Theater District, Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and more. Love the old world feel and the cozy bar stayed open late. Highly recommend!"

"Great large hotel, outdated hallways but nice rooms"

"Consider staying elsewhere! The first room was in very poor condition with a mouldy smell. Bathroom, furnishings & carpet dirty. 2nd room no better. Manager offered us our money back to find ourselves another hotel but we took 3rd room although this was only slightly better as no other rooms apparently available. After complaining, we were told hotel undergoing refurbishment. Reception staff not helpful. Prosecco offered but not delivered to room so had to request this the next day. Photographs were taken to prove condition of room. There were large Rentokil vermin trap boxes in breakfast restaurant seating area. On our last morning toilet would not flush and water filled to the top of the bowl. Breakfast selection was good. We had stayed before and were happy to return but this stay was not acceptable. After email complaint the offer of a room upgrade on a returning stay would certainly not encourage us to return nor recommend this hotel to any others to stay at this hotel. It has a great location but our standard room fell far short of being anywhere near acceptable standard. Extremely disappointing!"

"Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one. My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks. Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend."

"Comfortable hotel with car parking in a good location for getting around London as Paddington Station is just a short walk away. Would stay again if we were to visit London."

"I am a regular visitor to this hotel and every time I have been here has been an excellent service and experience, however on this stay, I felt the room we stayed in was very tired, in need of some upgrades. I was disappointed with the hairdryer not working. The water leaked through the shower door, all over the floor. I dried this up, but overall the room was not up to good standard and disappointed overall. I have booked this hotel for a few more visits this year and have also recommended it to my friends. I hope the rooms booked in the next coming months are good/excellent standard."
