This was a good option to be close to everything in Legian. We were surprised and disappointed we didn’t get a connecting room when we had informed them we had 2 adults and 3 children and was told upon check in that they can not confirm connecting rooms until check in. Also while we wee the we had the air conditioning leak, the toilet break and the elevator break.

Property is in a great location, easy walking distance to restaurants and market stalls. Staff were great, we had problems with our aircon not working at 8pm they sent someone straight out, and fixed within half an hour; and door card not working most days (room 702), they had service people trying to fix straight away each time, this was a little frustrating however they did send over a fruit platter in apology for the issue. Buffet breakfast had a range each morning of 6 (I think) different western/Indonesia hot dishes (fried rice, fish, dumplings, potato bake, bacon, mushrooms etc), cereals, fruits, egg station and pastries. Astagina is an older villa/resort, but was clean, and felt very safe there.

Great facility and room, not good services
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe facility was great, however, I found their services were not that great. Stick to business type of service. Although the front staff was friendly, overall, I neither felt welcomed or appreciated. There were some small interactions that made me question about this hotel. I will not be staying here again, but great facility and walkable to a beach.

Property was a little worn but overall very good. Bed was comfortable but bathroom a bit tight. Pool, pool bar and breakfast was excellent

I enjoyed the overall experience of my stay. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Located close to the beach and within walking distance of everything. I would certainly stay again on a future visit.
