Not happy with the overall rooms and accomodations

The place was difficult to find. The room itself was less than clean. Dead insects in the night stand drawers. There were no amenities to speak of, The maid had to make her own tip envelope and it was all greasy fingerprints on this.

Did not accept my reservation

I made a reservation using this site. When I arrived at the hotel they did not honor the reservation so I had to pay cash. They have cut relations with this site but the site keeps sending them reservations any way. I had to pay cash.

Reservation not honored

This hotel had an argument with Hotels.com They are not honoring reservations made through Hotels.com. It is a big headache. I had to pay them cash and then fight with Hotels.com which was a headache.

Arrived at 10p and went to room and listened to smoke detector in next room chirp all night. Early next am got to listen to people yell and doors slam!!
