The outside of the building was inviting. The inside view of the pool blew me away. The front desk team was very approachable and friendly. The room shower with the dove soap was awesome. The mirror in the bathroom was lighted great for makeup. The bed was sooo soft. And the rest of the room was great. I loved that all the surfaces seemed dusted. And they left a wipe for the phone. Great idea. The person who clean our room deserves a chefs kiss for her/his attention to detail.

looks like they had a refurb in the last year or two. Very nice bathroom, and clean. The breakfast room is dated / faded, tho

It is immediately off of the interstate, but it almost feels remote because there is nothing around. The pool is nice for kids, and there is another small pool in a different room that doesn't have the loud waterslide, etc. That was very nice because an adult could go to the second room. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

Since I booked on Expedia they charge a $50 damage deposit. I am an ihg member and they said I don’t get all my points.

Yes, we do a 50 incidental hold when guests book through a 3rd party whether you are an IHG One Rewards member or not, that is our policy here. Also, you have to book with IHG to get points for your stay.

Hotel was okay loveeeee the pools. I don’t like staff watch me struggle to get breakfast for my kids and I (by myself because they were still sleep) and didn’t offer a tray for me to carry all that I was trying to carry. Also don’t like how the front staff watch me wait patiently in line to let some lady go in front of me. Other than that I did like the breakfast and the pools. Location isn’t too too far from stuff. 45 min from presque isle beach.

We stayed here for one night during our road trip. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is standard but nothing too impressive. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The best surprise is the water park. The kiddo got his energy out before we continue the road trip. The location is right off highway, which is very easy to find. Will stay again if in the area.
