I stayed on the 3rd floor in a room with a hot tub. Upon arrival the room was slightly small but big enough. I found the hot tub had some grime in it and had to clean it myself before going in. Also I found in the refrigerator in the room a half of a bottle of pink lemonade from the previous guests. This was unexpected and a disappoint especially from the price of the room.

Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was extremely pleasant and professional. As a restaurant owner and very frequent traveler i was exceedingly surprised and imoressed with the staff.
One individual stood out more than the rest. I am sorry i didnt get his name, but the hotel security gentleman from Bulgaria was absolutely a pleasure to speak with.
Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will be returning this fall!

Beautiful property and staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast buffet is very reasonably priced and the food is delicious. The make your own waffles was good, and yhey had chocolate chips to put on top. The jaccuzi room was noce, but thr jets were very, very loud. It was nice to just soak in the warn water though! My only complaint is that my AC didnt work very well - it was also very loud. And my bed was a bit too firm for me. But thr beautiful heated outfoor pool and jaccuzi made it all worth it.

The phone in the room was not operating. I asked that someone fix it and the person at the front desk set it up but it was never done. Otherwise, we had a great place to stay and we would consider staying there again.
