We enjoyed out mini getaway. Loved the jacuzzi room and really enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool. We had a wonderful time

The pool was nice. Room was average. Strong for of chemicals in hallway and room and window only opens a few inches. Trucks come outside of the windows at 3 in the morning and beep loudly keeping us all awake for a while.

We love the hut tub in our room but i wished there was some kind of handicapped bar to hold on. It would have helped us to get up easier and safer from the hot tub. The air conditioner was very loud we were glad that we were not there in the middle of summer time. " Please do something about that air conditioner" We loved how well clean our room was. We loved the hotel it was a beautiful area we would recommend it to others. We would stay there again.

On the surface, it looked like the same Grand Hotel we visited in 2018. There has been some changes. What went great: Location - proximate to many key areas for our trip. Cleanliness - the grounds, lobby and rooms were clean. What was okay: Staff - adequate and professional. Not great; Comfort: The AC in the room was ineffective and loud. Frequently overheating the room and the thermostat was out of sync. We were also placed in a king room w/accessible bathroom - which had a learning curve. Dining: Only offering was a pay for continental breakfast. Make your own waffles. Unfortunate as we enjoyed their restaurant last time. Thankfully plenty of dining options near by. Maybe it was the offseason? For what we experienced there may have been more competitive stays in the area. Do your own research.

Clean, Affordable, and unique as far as hotels go. I love the decor, the staff are amazing, and the room itself was so cozy. Might be my go to going forward for the North Conway area
