Being one who is forgetful at times and also had a grandchild in my room🤗,I had to go and get additional keys 2x after getting my initial key. It was NO problem for the owner?manager, was extremely not fazed about having to do this twice, will definitely consider staying again if in the area.

Need to fix the broken pool heater -- it has not worked the last two seasons.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news William but I am definitely sure that the pool will go without a heater the rest of this year and pretty sure so on. Just having a pool at a Motel is usually a rare find having a heated on is more of a unicorn. I wish I had better news for you and I hope this does not deter you from staying with us again. The rooms are simple yet modern and clean. You are close to dinning options and shopping and of course the views are worth it as the mountain ranges can be seen from various points. All around was super happy.

Very comfortable and clean Hotel near downtown North conway. From 8:00 p.m. on it was very quiet even though they had a full house. However we were in room one. Their maintenance people have a storage area right at the end that buts up to that room. They were ridiculously loud and banging until about 7:00 p.m

I apologize for a little extra noise around 6:30pm. Our cabinet had the backing fall off of it. It has all of the cleaning supplies and some other odds and ends. Everything needed to be emptied and the very large cabinet had to be shimmied forward so I could put the back on it. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, if you had a problem all you would of had to do is just say something. I would have stopped, I didn't think it was bothering anyone because it was 6:30pm. We appreciate your business and your feedback and hopefully you return to stay again, we would enjoy having you. It was our first time at the colonial and we enjoyed it. It was very quiet even if the place was full. Lots of space outside to sit and enjoy the view. We will do it again. It was convenient to either go into town walking or taking the car for the outlets. The staff was very friendly. The bed was a little hard for my licking but overall it was comfy. Lots of space in the bathroom.
