We liked the cleanliness of the rooms and all other areas of the hotel. We liked the breakfast options, we liked the friendly staff that kept the food stocked and counters clean. We liked that the A/C unit kept us cool without loudly cycling on and off. We liked the comfortable beds and pillows. We DIDNT like having to leave!

The hotel is clean & spacious I have no complaints. You do have to drive a minimum of 10 mins for food nothing close to hotel. It’s about 10 mins from both Tanger & Northwoods Mall.

The people at the desk were excellent the housekeeping staff if you did not tell them is specifically exactly what to do. They didn’t do it even if you left a list. And everything was out of order the Coke machine was out of order. The hot tub was out of order I mean, there was more things out of order than in order, but my room was great overall have no complaints about the room itself.

We had a nice one day stay/ room was clean. The only problem is that I didn’t got a nice hot shower. Water didn’t get in a warm temperature.

Great location in a quiet area. They must of have had a school dance or a prom going on at the time we checked in. Lots of teenaged kids running around. None of the Soda machines worked on any floor.
A very strong odor of Marijuana coming out of one of the rooms we had to walk past, even though the signs say its a smoke free hotel. Parking was hit or miss. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes your wayyyy in the back lot.
Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Beautiful facility. A little out for downtown Charleston but the rates make it worthwhile.
