Dirty room and floors. No kleenex even though fancy holder for it. No water pressure. Couldn’t get my long hair rinsed of shampoo. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

We chose this hotel because it is right across the street from the coliseum. It is colorful and pleasant. Has a nice breakfast. A pool table in the lobby. Our room was plain and has no closet, no ice bucket, no little freeze area in the mini fridge, no coffee maker. Our shower only trickled so they had a repairman come to the room and replace the shower head which fixed it. A friendly gentleman.

My son was graduating from high school and it was at the North Charleston Coliseum which is right across the street from this hotel. It was very convenient to be that close.
My only 2 complaints were there was only 1 trash can in the entire room and the hardwood floor was extremely dirty, so much as it left the bottom of my barefeet completely black.

Our room did not have hand towels or washcloths when we checked in. They told us that if we wanted the room made up, we needed to let them know before ten the next morning. Because of the missing linens, we asked them to make up our room. It didn't happen. They don't care.

We had a great stay at Tru. Walked to dinner and drinks at Bonefish, then to the performing Arts Center for a show, and then quick walk back to the room. Great location
