Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Fun game room. Nice courtyard with fire pits. Close to Pier 39 and transportation stops. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The old hotel needs an update and I had to unplug the TV to turn it on & off.

This hotel offers both a great location and a fun atmosphere. Located just a short walk from Pier 39, the hotel features an on-site bar and restaurant, a spacious courtyard with fire pits (complimentary s'mores), and a variety of games to keep you entertained. The arty and fun decor adds to the hotel's charm. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying here!

The hotel was a great place to stay for the week being in San Francisco. The staff and the amenities were above expectations. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Fran.

I didn't even knew i was in a VIP ACCESS...
THE BED WAS A FULL NOT A QUEEN. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTING 😞.
THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL FOR 4 PEOPLE 2 FULL BEDS ARE FOR VERY SKINY PEOPLE

Perfect location right in the middle of Fisherman’s Wharf and a nice easy 4 mile walk to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Very clean and cool looking lobby. Rooms are nice and spacious.
