The staff at the property was friendly, helpful and quick to answer any issue. The room was okay for the price. I mean it’s a red roof inn so nothing special but nothing bad either. The issue was in the first room there was no hot water so had to transfer after already unpacking. The second room had a shampoo dispenser that needs to be replaced. The hallway smelled of weed and there was someone with a dog that would not stop barking. They asked the person to leave not sure how that all worked out. Anyways if you need a place to crash that’s basic, this is a decent choice. They also provided complimentary snack bags and waters so A on that.

You indicated that the size and appearance of the hotel was not to your liking, which was disappointing to hear. Nevertheless, feedback from our guests is always welcome at Red Roof as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. In regard to charges, I researched your reservation and verified that a one hundred dollars security deposit was refunded to your MasterCard ending in 5626 on 03/27/2024. I'm not seeing any additional charges made to your card. It's also important to note that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Please check back after the appropriate amount of time and let Red Roof know if you have any concerns what-so-ever.
