Complete Disrepair. Elevator INOP, Drinking Fountians INOP, Breakfast Area Demoed, Windows to facility were beyond dirty. Stay somewhere else!

Need to have a better information at the hotel restaurant they don’t know if they’re serving pork or other type of meat

However, you indicated that there should be better information regarding the restaurant. Pertaining to a restaurant, this is not a listed amenity at our hotel, however, there are restaurants close by. The property itself looked run down - nothing like the pictures. The room smelled, the AC is loud and location doesn’t look safe. We got what we paid for. The staff on the other hand is accommodating and friendly.

Found mouse poop on bedsheets. Elevator not working . No water bottles available. Poor service.

Booked deluxe king size bed room with jet tub and was told room was unavailable during booking. Lady on webcam was friendly and helpful.
