I liked people/staff and the in kitchen suites however, ice maker didn’t work, stove took a really log time to cook anything (high isn’t high), the shower valve didn’t pull up tight to allow the most pressure and everything is very much out dated. The cord to the phone was loose, the TVs are not smart TVs and the guide channel is extremely blurry. We were there in the middle of the week, 1 hour before check in and they wanted to charge extra for an early check in when clearly, they had plenty of rooms available. I get it, it’s policy and income. But considering the property, I would go out of my way to make every guest feel extra welcomed and be willing to make an exception. Also, I thought it had a pool, this may be Expedia’s error. Overall, it’s not horrible but I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

I cannot express enough the absolute incredible and wonderful service provided by Carla, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a very memorable stay. She is completely awesome and provided us excellent customer service. And even arranged for us to have a once in a lifetime experience while staying there. This hotel is top of the line with perfect amenities! Thanks again to Carla for all her help. My mom, hubby, and I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Arlington!

If you have no other options, this place will work fine. A/C was broken, cracks in the ceiling, remits in the bathroom, damaged mirror, uncomfortable beds, and more. They want you to pay for self parking that is not protected at all. The size of the room was okay.

The property was suppose to have transportation to the AT&T STADIUM but the trolly decided not to cover that event. Had no idea that the transportation could decide which events they would do. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
