Great place to stay, close to the train. It rained the whole time we visited but with umbrellas available, leaving the hotel for eating out and shopping was not a problem. Proximity to restaurants shops, gardens and transport was excellent.

Not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2

Well, the room was everything but not clean. The balcony window had greasy hand stains on it, the water boiler was full of dust, and in the bathroom you have missing tiles... really? 4 star hotel? Everything is overused, the double bed it’s actually 2 beds with a whole in the middle and the light in the room it’s enough just to see your way to the bed and not hit yourself.

Tell them if stairs are difficult for you. Some rooms are up a small flight of stairs.

The shower had a couple of minor broken adjustment knobs and the breakfast lacked any vegan options. All in all no major issues but for the price I payed I would have expected more.

Cleaning and standard lower than expected

Honestly, the cleaning is so sloppy and insufficient. They don't make your bed or wipe the bathroom floor. They don't provide you with extra towels even if you've booked a room for 2 people. And when you mention it to the receptionist, they don't seem to care. Will be choosing another hotel next time I'm in Norrkoping.
