The way the room was set up, it was like a studio apartment and very comfortable.

The hotel was very nice. The room size was very large. Only regret was that the rooftop pool was closed and we were not informed when we booked nor when we checked in it was only once we put our suits on and went to the rooftop to find the gate was locked Down at the front desk when we went down to tell them there was no apologies and that was very upsetting and disappointing

I am aware that the website did state that our rooftop was closed, and we were trying to notify everyone in a timely manner, however, with 3rd party reservations it is very difficult to have a point of contact since they do not sell 3rd party information. This hotel was very pretty great location, but I was very upset to find out that the rooftop pool was closed. I did not know that when I booked this hotel was very disappointed for me and my family as we booked two rooms and did not anticipate not enjoying the rooftop pool, we were not told at check-in either was up to the pool to find out. It was locked. Went down to the lobby to speak to a gentleman and he didn’t seem to care very much.

This is the perfect spot for a fun weekend in LA. It is located near Sunset Blvd where there is lots to do but still in a great area and away from traffic. I cant wait to stay here again!
