Well appointed and comfortable. My only criticism is that on 3 occasions I tried to contact the manager on minor matters but his phone was switched off.

Well kept villa far better than a hotel room
Posted 6 Apr 2021 on HotelsThe villa was nice - perhaps more obstructed by trees than advertised. The host was very informative and proactive to make the stay pleasant. Car hire rate was very reasonable. Island food is limited and not cheap and bring your own or budget double what you think. Wifi on the island is problematic.

Internet was not working but otherwise all ammenities were satisfactory

The units have been recently renovated, are quite spacious, well equipped and set in beautiful gardens which offer privacy for each unit. It is a 5 minute walk to 4 restaurants and about a 10 minute stroll to the heart of Burnt Pine. When you book, airport transfers and a complimentary Island tour are included in the price. A car is also waiting for you at the units if you wish to hire it during your stay. Rosalie, the manager, was welcoming and helpful and all this made for a relaxing stay in Norfolk Island.
