I came in town for my granddaughter graduation, Stsyed 2night. We was in room when they was up on the third floor cleaning the rooms, had to ask for trash bag to dump my trash,we asked them was they gonna clean the room after we left and they said yes we was gone from 10:34 til’ about 10p got back to room not cleaned no towels or wash clothes closed front desk the lady answered with and attitude, she had burgundy highlights In her hair, and told me you will just have to come get them, and my sister comes up she was upset cause she asked her for the bathroom key for downstairs in lobby my sister said she got attitude with her telling her don’t she have a room key, my sister said she told her she wasn’t gonna be able to make it to the room because THE ELEVATOR TAKES TOO LONG TO OPEN AND WHRN YOU IN THERE IT TSKES ZTOO LONG GO UP TO TGE FLOORS!

The bed was very comfortable, and I liked that the view from my window was of trees and houses. I also appreciated that the room was so dark and quiet at night--very helpful to be able to sleep.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired, though. Please provide some healthy options and options for people with food allergies to dairy. Offer healthy cereal like raisin bran, oatmeal packets, hard boiled eggs, and soy milk. I'm glad I brought oatmeal packets with me or I would have only been able to eat the bagels and meat. On Monday, I saw people asking for milk and yogurt and told that there was no more. That is not acceptable. The person ordering food supplies needs to do a better job and be allotted more money to spend on food for guests.

overall a nice hotel. somewhat noisy until late at night, but it was a weekend so understand.
