With the on time shuttle plus a substantial breakfast our trip ended magnificently by staying here. Every one of the staff we interacted with was helpful and kind plus the room was excellent; quiet, clean and comfy. Anyone needing respite in the Norfolk area can easily call this their hotel home.

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway. The hotel seems a bit older but the room was comfortable. There was no working nightlight in the bathroom which made making a trip to the bathroom during the night a bit challenging. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is one in the hotel next door which was easily walkable. Breakfast was included.

Some maintenance issues - rusted areas in the bathroom particularly. Staff was nice, breakfast OK, higher price than I would have expected for this date/time/area but OK. Good sized room, comfortable bed on the whole. Not sure I would stay there again but most everything that was advertized.

I want to specifically thank the shuttle driver who came back to the airport to pick us even through he didn't have too seeing how late it was. I don't recall his name, but it want the nigh of 17 May.

All went great from check in to check out. Room was clean, bed was ok, breakfast was plentiful and kept very clean, staff were all pleasant and shuttle to the airport was on time and worked out well. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is there was no lactose free milk at breakfast. I am lactose sensitive and there was no dairy free options at breakfast
