Cigarette smoke all over, even indoors. The parking situation was terrible. The room was tiny. The breakfast was overrun by loud rude cruise ship groups. I don’t recommend this place.

Our hotel is a no smoking hotel but if there's any guests who smokes inside we can not control it at all. Just if someone comes and communicates it at the reception we can change you room or so something about it.We’re sad to hear that you were not satisfied with the amount of people at the dinning room, theres a lot of groups during the summer as its a Tour Operators Hotel also. As your guest experience is really important to us, we’ve already taken several actions to ensure that it goes better for the future. Very easy to access NordKapp. Good location for boarding the Hurtigruten. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Good central location

Arrived early in the morning but was allowed to check in anyhow. Excellent breakfast buffet included. 24 hour front desk service. Basic room with good internet speed.

A good option in the North Cape, due to limited choice. but not up to international standard for the price. It look more like a 2 stars hotels

Try not to get the rooms with a view if you don’t want anyone piercing at your window from a huge cruise ship. Otherwise, the hotel is adequate for our needs. The location is good.

Inconvenient for Independent Travelers

Our room was comfortable and clean. I liked having a soap dish in the shower along with the soap dispenser. The parking was convenient right behind the hotel. Although there was no entrance to the hotel from the back. You had to walk around to the front to enter the hotel. The Tourist Information was right behind the hotel. The pillows were fluffy! Our breakfast was almost a nightmare! We entered the breakfast area at 6 AM, only to find that all the tables had been reserved for tour groups. The one tour that was there acted as though we were intruding in their territory. Our kind hostess, Ulrike, did say that we could sit at our table for 45 minutes. At that time another tour would be using this table. The breakfast items were minimal, compared to all the other hotels during our 3 week trip. This was the first hotel that did not have decaf coffee. There was coffee available at the front desk, for a charge of 15 NOK!!! Pretty Cheap! There were very little receptacles in the room. The only one I could find was in the bathroom.
