"This is one of the most beautiful hotel locations we have ever stayed in. Melded with beautiful gardens and geothermal soaking pools that were open only to guests after 5 pm was magical. Our room was huge, the breakfast was amazing and we had one meal in the main restaurant and one more causal dinner at the outside bar. Both were delicious and reasonably priced with staff that were so friendly and enjoyable. We rarely plan to visit a country twice, too many places to see, but we would come back to this hotel in Furnas at some point if we could. "

The bed was very comfortable, the room felt warm and inviting, and Cristina took great care of everything. It’s also a good base for exploring the island. We hope to return in the future."
