"The staff and food options were incredible! I will be making this a go to vacation destination. Huge thank you for Samantha, Rego, Pablo, Giovany, & Caesar for the remarkable service and hospitality. "
"Alaya was so peaceful and wonderful. What better be to stay than on the beach. Food was great. Breakfast lunch and dinner options right on the property. Free pool access to Alquimia which was next door."
"Nature is perfect I Like it
but they charge me for Breakfast food and Juices that 1st server said were included in the package, after the fact they change their mind and charge me for the free Items list that was indicated from the beginning, indicating that from the original list some items were still chargeable. No good they need proper training and be honest from the beginning with clients. ether it is free or not??? Very confused and upset we decided not to go back to have breakfast. "
"I have been to Tulum 3 times and by far this has been the best hotel.
Super Clean, location is perfect, food is amazing, great staff and BEAUTIFUL hotel"
"It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."

"All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️"
"Lovely rustic place. Beds are comfortable and rue beach is lovely. I noticed it was o e of few places that cleaned up their beach section daily.
If you're only lookong for a place to sleep this is a good option, but if what to vacation and veg at the hotel, go somewhere else.
I would not recommend this place for everyone. I loved it, but the hydro and water is shotty. One morning there was no water, we had to abide by "if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down", there was no hot water the first night but no issues the other nights.
This is the quiet section of the hotel zone and no restaurant at the hotel. But some good food near by.
Do be aware there is no fresh water at the hotel. If fact all fresh water must be trucked into the hotel zone. 1l of chlorinated water is provided daily with no meams to keep it cold.

"Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. The management host was extremely communicative & responsive. The daily staff who live on the property were so sweet and kind & did an excellent job with housekeeping. You are WAY down beach road if you’ve ever been to this part of Tulum. That’s great as there’s a lot less noise (minus some bass at night from a nearby club, but only the top floor bed can hear it & the loud ocean waves do a good job of drowning it out). You’ll want to get grocery service or hit the store on the way if you go in high season. You will NOT want to drive up and down the road unless it’s early morning & you’re not an anxious driver (if you are - get a ride!). I prefer driving in Mexico & the autonomy to go on private excursions; the seclusion was worth the drive! Walkable eats: Loco - amazing food with pleasant staff. La Onda had the best prices and “world’s best pizza” & Fruitti de Mare with homemade fettuccine with flour flown in from Italy; O.M.G. Amazing! Take time to chat with the owner Mateo! KOOKs diving for cenotes & SoundHealingTulum for out of this worth adventures!"
