"Had a great time at our stay of 2 days. Quite place wake up to the noice of the birds is peaceful. View of the jungle is beautiful. The pool is very nice and clean. Place around is under construction and so are the roads. Only concerning thing is the roads which are very bumpy and could be a challenge to get there. I would recommend this place to anyone that visits Tulum."

"We came to Tulum for my daughter’s 20th birthday and we had a great time! The lighting was beautiful and dim when we arrived but we prefer brighter lights so we asked the host and he came and changed the light bulbs for us so that it would be brighter. Whenever we needed anything he was very prompt with great recommendations for everything. I would highly recommend!"

"Oh man, I wanted to like this place. I wouldn't support this hotel or any affiliated hotels after my stay here. 5 stars hotel? No not at all. Imagine not sleeping your first night of traveling, because the jets were soo loud it sounded like they were draining the entire pool. I kindly asked them to turn off because of the sound, they stated that they do that at midnight. Midnight, 2am, 4am, 5am still on. I mentioned this to the front desk they had the maintenance team look at the issues. I didnt want to be the person constantly complaining however, there was no hot water in the shower. They came and "fixed", then I had about 2 mins of really hot water before it went extremely cold. Imagine washing your hair and having to finish that in freezing water. Lol I jumped in our room pool, that was also freezing. At the end of our stay, I was glad I was leaving. The beds are hard, there were many issues, and yeah the staff is friendly and super nice. Nothing to do with them, its about the amount of money you spend and not get a night's rest or a warm shower. I chose this hotel because it was away from the busy beach, I wanted rest. I didn't get that. At the end they wanted to give me 20% off my 1 tab of food and massage as a courtesy for my inconvenience. However I had to sign a letter saying I couldn't leave a review. I kindly declined because sharing this experience was more important to me. They dont deserve my business. And I would never go back."

"Great space for a 2 week stay. Was clean, spacious and pool was perfect place to relax. Kitchen was fully equipped and a/c was working great. Would definitely recommend."

"Not able to use the air conditioner. It is automatically scheduled. Road to location is dirt road, road inside complex is also dirt road. Complex is in the middle of of nowhere, no taxis pass by. Had trouble with Wi-Fi. Did not received the name of building only 103, but all buildings have a 103 apartment. We were trying to get in the wrong apartment and the owners got upset, because of lack of information."

"We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful palapa roofed home. It was well equipped, even had coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom included ample towels, and shower \ hair products. It was nicely decorated, the hammock was great to relax in and beds were comfortable. Outside was beautiful with lots of plants, tiny geckos, birds and a few resident cats which were sweet and friendly. The pool was refreshing and had a good temperature. There was a rustic covered outdoor common area with more hammocks and a place for yoga or meditation. The onsite caretaker was friendly and helpful, even offering us some mosquito repellent. Pool and grounds were cleaned daily. I highly recommend!"
