"Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back."

"Fantastic boutique hotel located just outside of downtown Tulum (very jungle feel). About 15 min drive to Tulum Beach area. Adults only location with a fun rooftop bar/DJ! Rooftop pool (we never used this, but it was pretty). The in-room bar was always stocked with beer, wine, waters, juice, and snacks for purchase. Pay the extra to stay in a room with the furnished patio/balcony!! BEAUTIFUL! The tub on the balcony was amazing. The staff are super friendly, but you will need to use some translator apps while there if you do not speak Spanish. The front desk set up taxi rides, gave recommendations for restaurants, etc. The food was fine, but we did not eat there often. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore Tulum/LaValetta and we did! Rent an ATV on your first day and you won't regret it. We did a lot of walking the 1st two days...Taxi rides are EXPENSIVE. This hotel was with 10-15 minutes of several Cenotes/Parks easily accessable by ATV. Negatives: No elevator. We chose a room on the 4th floor, but we needed the exercise! (It was worth it for the views of the sunrise/sunset!) The room (while on the smaller size) had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and was well decorated. The shower was amazing! This experience taught us that staying in boutique hotels in Tulum is WAY better than an all-inclusive experience if you want to get a feel for the real local hangouts, community, and the real Tulum vibe! Less expensive too! "
