"I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! "My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Gitano!! Upon our arrival, we had an extra charge on our card that was reversed immediately by the concierge staff. She was very sweet and apologized for the accidental charge. We upgraded our room before we arrived and it was so worth it! We stayed in the oceanfront suite with private pool and the room was gorgeous! We did have to ask for our pool to be cleaned once since some of the leaves and little buds from trees kept falling in and there was no net for us to clean it ourselves, but the staff was incredible with immediately getting on this and coming to clean it! All of the staff here were so great and so helpful with everything we needed. They were all so attentive and friendly during our stay. They all celebrated our recent engagement and my birthday during our stay here. They offered us drinks and a celebratory dessert! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this resort to others!! The pool is beautiful and the beach is stunning even with some seaweed we had in June. 100% will be coming back!!!"

"I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The room and setting were good and the customer service was excellent, they always answered my questions and helped me when I needed it, room service always answered right away and the food was in my room in minutes. They assisted with every question about recommendations and hotel amenities. There’s a couple things that I would like to highlight, a hold of $150 for each day of your stay is made on your card which was not disclosed anywhere before we arrived. All the snacks/ drinks in the room are kind of pricey and not included in your stay which is kind of crazy since the price of the stay is already high. We had plenty of raccoons visiting, the only issue is that they peed in the pool and were getting inside, we also found a bat, we took it out so it wouldn’t drawn. But I would not recommend getting a room with pool if your skin is sensitive. The water went out almost every day at certain point of the day and came back after a while. The light also went out a couple times during different days. Internet connection is not the best but not the worst. The hotel food is pricey and is not very good. The location is a little bit far from everything about 30 min from the main restaurant/ bar locations. But I do got to say that the room was always clean, they come clean your room twice a day and they are super friendly! The staff from the massage area are also super nice and sweet people and the massages were amazing. We had the best sleep."

"We had an amazing experience at Nomade. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The food served at their restaurants are all delicious, the drinks are well made. The parh to your room is surrounded by nature, and all very private. The daily yoga is so peaceful, and our favorite experience was definitely the Temazcal ritual! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had an exceptional stay at Casa Malca from start to finish. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The location was ideal for us: peacefully removed from the busier party areas, yet still conveniently close to a great selection of restaurants, bars, and local attractions. The property itself is beautiful, with its unique design, eclectic artwork, and distinctive character creating a truly memorable atmosphere. Every detail adds to the charm and brings the hotel to life. Breakfast was another highlight. Each morning we enjoyed ordering from a varied menu, and every dish we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. We genuinely could not fault our experience at Casa Malca. It is a special place that combines luxury, character, and exceptional service, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Sana is paradise! Not only is the hotel pristine and gorgeous to look at, the service was fantastic too. We had a late check in due to travel times and the staff had placed our pre-ordered dinner in our room, warm and ready for us to eat. Additionally we were upgraded for free to a Luxury Riad room with a pool which was such a wonderful surprise on our arrival! We miss the overnight oats already, and Claudia’s wonderful passion fruit margaritas which were always served with a smile! We’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulum and would love to come back in the future."
