Ricardo at the front desk was so great and helpful in all our bookings. The food was so good we really only ate at the hotel. Our 6 day trip was simply perfect because of UMi hotel. "It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."

"When I booked it did not realize it was more of a romantic room. I was traveling with my girl friend and it was a bit awkward since her and I are friends best friends. It would have been nice if you also cater to non couples specially the rooms . The shower was a bit much out in the open with a friend.
I had food poisoning and I have to say Rene took good care of me. Very knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing so I would not be unconscious.
