Thank you Hashim! You reserved one of the 3 suites with the amazing outside rain shower and private Hot Tub! Fully fenced!thus false statement that all baths are open air. Furthermore just after reservation all guest receive a video you could have easily changed to a unit with inside shower! Thus only 3 out of 16 units have open air rainshower ..they are the best sold units as all guest love their outside shower. Toilet is in the inside bathroom!It’s also written in almost any review that you need a car! You pay 5 -10 times less than in any hotel in Palm Beach which is only 3 min drive away. That’s exactly why all my 50% returning guests are coming back because it’s secluded! And they wanna explore the island! 100% I agree that to explore that beauty of the island you need a car and all my guest receive the info after reservation where to get a car rental deal! Than you are only 3-5 min drive away from Palm Beach, Malmok Beach (best snorkeling on the island and Arashi out Favorit beachThank you for your Feedback!Juerg & Lili

For all reading this terrible review please read all the other reviews and make you own picture after the following explanation! Lili and me Juerg have no clue why somebody wants to destroy our small business! We have been rated by far best boutique hotel in Aruba 9.8 in average on Expedia and best on all other platforms!Ahmed reserved for 2 person. With WhatsApp we informed him that we upgraded him for free for the much bigger suite (we always offer this if it’s available). Ahmed than checked with 3 person which cost only 30USD daily more without telling us beforehand! On Expedia we keep prices low for 2 person for all the suites. The price for 3 person is higher and indicated on Expedia! We than offered him a whole villa for only few USD more. Almost forgot to mention that he booked a 60% last minute offer! Lili and me checking on our guest every day in person or on WhatsApp and every time his wife told us it’s all ok! We are a small hotel which again indicated on Expedia that we are closed from 7pm till the morning. Ahmad group called me & Lili one of the 3 nights at 4:10 am per WhatsApp we were both sleeping he than deleted a message sent to both. I apologized in the morning that sorry at this time we are sleeping! He wrote than in the morning it’s ok! We don’t know till today why he called at this time. If you pay 5-10 times more for a big hotel you have 24 hours reception service. But as stated on Expedia we don’t have reception! And sorry again that we were sleeping at 4am.. before checkout we ask guests if everything was ok again : yes thanks for asking was his answer (Lili and me have all communication on WhatsApp group ) we offered him even to extend! answer he will let us know:Not once anything negative not one word! But after in the review he writes terrible.. in 8 years never ever received without any feasible reason a review like this . Again we feelSorry if we did anything wrong to you !

Thank you Sean! Wonderful review! Yes the place is perfect quiet but still very close to many many restaurants and beaches (2-6 minutes drive) thus perfectly situated to explore the island!

Thank you so much Paulo! And we fully agree all our guests rent a car to explore the island! The boutique hotel is all luxury but not in Palm Beach but therefor 5-10 times less expensive and affordable for many.. but you need a car! Looking forward to welcome you any time!
