Small, tranquil, pool area with nice foliage and lovely bird songs. #7 I believe was my unit which had a good-sized studio without a view or patio. It wasn’t a problem except the ladder for hanging suits and towels wasn’t large enough. Kitchen was well-equipped with the basics and appreciated the coffee filters and dish soap as purchasing them would be wasteful for a six night stay as happened with some items I purchased. Extremely convenient grocery store a minute away. It was also great for getting a taxi from there. The walk to Eagle Beach was easy. Staff friendly, beds comfortable and great AC. I’d stay again!

The property was nice and clean. The pool was great and the location was walking distance to Eagle beach.
My only recommendation would be to provide some paper towels and better pillows.

Looks just like the pics. We had apartment 5 which is pool view and it was great! The staff was great. The location is near everything we needed! The other travelers were pleasant as well.
Tip: if youre going the the grocery store across the street, sometimes it was easier pulling in from the back of the building.

It was a small property with lots of room and very clean plus a grocery store that had a restaurant within 250 feet of the premisis.

The place is super cute, vivid colors, very clean studios and outdoor area. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The studio had a small kitchen with everything needed to cook for short term, including salt, pepper and coffee filters. The little living room area was comfortable and nicely decorated. The bedroom had a queen bed, very comfortable (some pillows were very clumpy but since 4 were provided could choose the better ones - a great thing is that 2 types of pillows are provided: for back sleepers and side sleepers - this is a great touch you cannot find frequently in other hotels). The bathroom was very clean - the aruba aloe shampoo, shower gel and hand soap were awesome. The room had a safe, iron and hair dryer.
The outdoor area is very well maintained, with nice tropical plants and a small pool with 6 chairs (plenty since not many people were using the pool). The studio had a small patio with a table, 2 seats and a ladder to dry the beach towels and swimming suits. There is another small area with tables and a sitting area.
Parking - 10 spots right in front, perfectly matching the number of studios.
Location - very convenient: right behind the super foods plaza. 10 min walk from Eagle beach (beach chairs, towels and a small cooler are provided). The only inconvenient is the smell that comes sometimes from the water treatment plant.
Overall - highly recommend!

Property manager made sure we were good after a not so normal check in. Vanessa is amazing and the room was better than the RUI room. Comfort and clean.
