the Hotel very is clean all the staff very helpful and caring the room is pleasant very clean and bed very comfortable, also having a choice of restaurants is great , also having a bar and a shop is what you need for a short stay and being close to the airport puts your mind at rest ,

This is the most beautiful Novotel I’ve ever seen. The staff are impeccable. Never did we have to wait for a shuttle, even at 4:00am. Perfect place to stay if you need to overnight at the Bangkok Airport.

Whenever I fly to Suvarnabhumi Airport, I stay here. Always serious pleasant staff who try you kindly. The food choice is outstanding and the airport is conveniently around the corner with every 10 minute departures.

For the cost, this hotel is very outdated and run down. Although the hotel is conveniently located in the airport, I don’t think I will ever see at this property again. Our room had many problems. The seal on the shower door was non existent so the water leaked. The room had a moldy smell, thus I was not able to sleep. The towels also had a moldy smell, so it made me smell after taking a shower. The phone didn’t work so I was unable to call the lobby.

I was unhappy with the check in staff being slow and not accompanying the guests in a speedway. There were three other staff members just chatting and not helping the guests.
