Poorly Maintained and Presented Resort
Posted 24 Jan 2024 on HotelsGreat staff but resort very run down and poorly maintained and not presented very well. Wouldn’t take much effort or expense to make it a lot more presentable. Breakfast buffet was limited but very good what they did have for options.

Quiet location with no rooster crowing! It’s a bit far from centralized nongkhai but has free daily breakfast buffet. The condition of this property could use a little update especially with water flow inconsistent for showering; it goes from hot to cold instantly and mostly stays cold during showers.

Pool, bicycles to use, guiet, staff very good, gardens, close to town

Nice hotel but very confusing at the front desk when it was check in. We had paid via expedia for two adults and two children so we thought but they said we had only paid for two adults which seemed very strange to me as they had reserved a room for four. So we ended up having to pay for two kids and two breakfasts extra which was an unexpected bill. They said it was expedias fault but when moving on to the next hotel booked in Bangkok through expedia done the same way we did not have this problem.
