We were only able to stay for one night at La Kruger before heading back to JNB to catch our flight home. We booked it because we needed a decent WIFI connection to do our COVID testing and am so glad we did. What a nice way to end a two week stay in Kruger. Even though we only stayed of one night; the managers Jacques and Marshelle treated us like royalty. The chalet was wonderful and the dinner superb.
A nice bonus was seeing the resident lesser bush babies come out just after sunset. If you want to visit the southern part of Kruger and want accommodations that are quite a bit more upscale than the in park offerings at a ver reasonable price then La Kruger might the a good choice for you. It's very close to Crocodile Bridge Gate and being located in Marloth Park has plenty to see and do right near the propery itself with lovely chalets, great service and a welcoming staff.

Overall great room & convenient Kruger safaris

We felt more like friends staying at someone's house rather than hotel guests.
