Great stay, good breakfast, comfy but dated rooms.
Posted 11 Mar 2023 on HotelsComfy beds, spacious and clean. Location is easy to find. breakfast was very good and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Fathima from the reception gave us a run down of the sites to visit. Go to the coffee shops for their karak tea to warm you in the evening!

The easy check-in. Our room and the hotel was very clean. We unfortunately had a flat tire before leaving and Sadiq went above & beyond, and changed our tire for us. Hooray! The restaurant food was excellent. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again. Just perfect. 😊

Hidden Cost
Posted 24 Dec 2021 on HotelsThis is a nice hotel. But there is one major problem with it: you can not drive to it without four wheel drive car. There is a police stationed at the base of the mountain that forces any two wheeled car to turn around. You are then required to pay some local guy to transport you to the hotel. This is not listed anywhere but should be because it is substantial additional cost.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.
Always looking to improve the hotel/facilities.
Excellent restaurant where the food is prepared fresh and great value

No hairdryer, ( temperature dropped to 5 degrees Celsius)?warm water empty after one person has taken a short shower. Heat comes from air conditioning. Had to change the room, as we have been offered a bed with “used” sheets. Better stay away.
