Good value for a stopover
Posted 17 Sep 2015 on HotelsThis hotel is well located, in one of the main strips in the town of Niort, and walking distance to the main squares and sights. This hotel is very basic, no frills, but suitable for a stopping through stay. The only issue I had was that we were checking in on a. Sunday. Check in on the site said it wasn't until 3pm. We arrived at about 4.30pm to find that on a Sunday the office doesn't reopen until 7.30pm. We had a fair bit of waiting to do but it was fine. Good value for the money.

Basic and value for money hotel stay!
Posted 6 Jan 2015 on HotelsStayed here for 1 night, on my way south. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. My room was in an annex next to the main block. The room met basic needs only. 1 plastic chair, a ledge as a table, no carpet, but the bed was comfortable!
The bathroom was basic but clean. Breakfast buffet was adequate. So overall a basic but adequate overnight stay!

Good location, walking distance to lovely centre

Pros: Location, staff and breakfast.
Cons: Invest in comfortable beds.
Location: Amazing churches in walking distance. Great square of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
Hotel was easy to find and lots of parking available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pleasant, self service in hotel reception area. Rooms were compact with small en suite bathroom but all clean and well presented. Hotel rated as 2 star, I would agree with 2/3 star. My only issue was that the bed was very hard. Overall happy for the price that we paid.

Good hotel for the price
Posted 26 Aug 2011 on HotelsWe stopped off here for one night only. The rooms were very small and the bathroom was split by a thin screen. Walls were paper thin too. However, the staff the room was modern and clean and for the price we paid - you can't complain.

Installations vieillissantes mais bien entretenu, très bien placé, bon rapport qualité prix. Et la personne à l'accueil très aimable

Séjour agréable le personnel est accueillant et sympathique les chambres sont correct sauf salle de bain a besoin d'un rafraîchissement... L'hôtel est proche du centre ville donc pratique
