Posted 31 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'll not hesitate to book again. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. The hotel is very well located and we had a magnificent view from our bedroom of the mountain stream and forest.

The location was very good - across the street from the shrines. Also, close to the bus stop if you want to take a bus to the waterfall/lake. The room had a beautiful river and hill view, but our room smelled a bit weird because of the enclosed private onsen. The dinner and breakfast were awesome!

They can pick you up or drop you off at train station if you make reservations. There are English speaker staff. Onsen was pretty good.

Service was great, room was good, dinner and breakfast was very tasty and we loved the private dining room.
Very friendly, helpful team.
