Great hotel within walking distance to many restaurants and to the beach. Wonderful staff who were very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! It is centrally located and beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and large. The best part is the outdoor garden area. The photos don’t do it justice. It is beautiful!!! Recommend booking a room with a balcony and garden view!! The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful as well!

Service was good. Location was great.
Shower door need to cover more to prevent wetting all over.
Key card instead of old physical key is much better and convenient.
New towels instead of old towels.
Toilet papers need to improve the soft touch.

The photos of the rooms were misleading. Despite the glamour of the lobby, my was nothing like that pictures on the website. The room was dark, and the decor was a hodge podge of different colors and paint. The air conditioning didn’t work; paint was chipping off the baseboards; the entry door would stick, and the walls were thin.

The location of the hotel was great. The service was good. But the hotel could do better to improve such as towels, iron & ironing board, the shower glass covering more to prevent wetting after /during shower, room keys (refer key cards instead of physical keys, very inconvenient).

Villa Victoria was so charming, and the garden was a quiet place to have their decicious breakfast, or a glass of wine before going out to dinner!
