The hotel is clean. Rooms are quite small but that's normal now. The staff is great and helpful with suggestions. They say they have parking but the lot is over a block away making it inconvenient and not properly advertised. It's in a good area and convenient to get to as long as you don't need parking or have a lot of luggage.

Great location right near the main area and close to the beach, close to everything really. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved location, room small for 3 adults even though it was sold as fit for 3. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you

Great location for restaurants and access to promemade. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The property was updated and fun, and the breakfast was fantastic. My only problem was that I accidentally left a stuffed animal - my daughter's - in the room when I left, but when I called they said no one had turned it in. The conclusion I drew is that it was found and taken or thrown away. :(

My friends and I had an excellent stay atcThe Deck Hotel. Its close to the promenade, shops restaurants tram and train stations. It was value for money as they serve delicious full breakfast. Staff (Carlos, Jill, Eleonore, Svetlone )were so helpful and provided excellent service. Staff were very cheerful and made our stay very comfortable

The hotel is located at a nice area. There're public transportation stops around. If you like to walk you can reach most of the attractions on foot. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. Seashore is a few minutes away by walk. Cruise concept is lovely however smaller rooms are in the size of a cruise cabin. Breakfast buffet offers many delicious varieties.
