The guest service was extremely poor. The room was dirty, with visible stains on the bed sheets. We were requested to submit a 150 euro deposit, which has not been refunded even after three weeks. Despite multiple calls, I have only been promised a response, with no resolution in sight.

The property needs updating , sofa and balcony chairs broken , need sun parasols around pool , balcony glass dirty , kitchen equipment needs looking at and no reception in evening

Very disappointed, TV and A/C conditioning didn't work at all. Microwave and entire kitchen is very old. Large broken glass in the balcony. All entrances required a a lot of security keys to enter making it very inconvenient, waited 20min for the receptionist to open the entrance of the hotel as it was locked had to call them. This is not at all a 4 star hotel. Never staying here again

Great location. Rooms poorly stocked. We stayed from 9th May until 31st. We were forced to move apartments 3 times standard room, the Superior. Superior room marginally better. Staff mixed up our booking , told us we had no booking and that we had to check out due to Cannes festival. We showed them booking and after a stressful 30 min staff finally agreed. Communication between front desk staff and the boss is pitiful. 2 staff members only were helpful.cracked cups in rooms Wifi hardly working. The location is the only us for this property.
