They were always charging you for extras when we first got there they charged us 350 then when we checked out it was another 60, said we’d get the first deposit back but I still haven’t received the credit?

No idea how they get away with calling themselves a 4 star hotel. It barely feels like 3 stars. The bathroom floods when you shower, the rooms are very small, the walls are losing their color, and the wifi is patchy, not to mention some rooms are in a separate building.

Subject to availability, it might well have been possible to rehouse you, if only you had informed us of these situations before you left. Great position on Cagnes sur mer promenade, close to restaurants although my room was in a separate rear building (with side balcony with sea views)
Parking at hotel pricey, breakfast quite basic and commonways need refurb, but room and shower room good value. Staff excellent

The staff were extremely helpful. Close to sea. Lovely buffet breakfast with lots of choice
