Rooms has it own bathroom and shower, pretty good.

Everything was perfect for us. Esp. the staff who were very helpful in giving us directions, Tom and Nathan, since we are not technically savvy in using our cellphone.
Thank you very much. Right now, we are in Rome and tomorrow we're heading home and will bring with us wonderful memories of staying in Nice and one of them is staying in your hotel.

Stayed with my family in a 5 person private room in January, beds were comfortable and room was warm. Common area/bar was suitable for the kids, table tennis a great hit. Staff were very accommodating. Easy access to the train station and other transport if needed, otherwise most things within walking distance. Only complaint would be the size of the bathroom.

Great for the price but a little odd in policy

Lovely stay and would recommend it. I like the location and its distance to the train station and tram system, walkable distance to central city. The staff was accommodating and utilities was as advertised. It is a great place to make friends if you would like (pub crawl, social events, communal and bar area) or seclusion. The rooms were clean and bed had outlets and curtains.
