This property is average at best. Interior is dated. Parking should be included for guests or at least discounted from regular public parking cost. Overpriced for the room. Location is great, on Clifton, close to the falls.

TURN BACK THE CLOCK!! This property is extremely dated. Window unit A/C ... everything is old.
I would not stay there again.

The only good thing about this choice was that everything was near and convenient.
The worst thing was the noise of our upstairs and next door neighbors when they used the bathroom and I am sure they heard us.

Unfortunately the room was dirty and the toilet was leaking. We were also put beside a group of hockey parents and kids. Despite calling the front desk and walking down I was told security spoke to them. However, they simply decided to play hockey in the hallway. I get they are tween but I also had a tween who had cheer the next day and a baby who didn’t get to bed until well after 1 am despite even trying to talk to the parents. I would have left and found another place if all hotels in Niagara weren’t already full.
