The room, while small, was immaculate. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the new look. Very clean but other visitors checking in at 2am was loud and woje us up.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us! I am sorry to see you were not impressed with the room. If the room was not acceptable, we need to know it right away. We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms are available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately. It is very important to us to address these sorts of issues right away and to ensure that you are able to enjoy the rest of your stay. All the best on your future travels!

Had a hard time getting the TV to work the Internet was terrible

The hotel was not suitable for guests. There were charger ports stuck in the sockets of the wall. The hotel smelled like it was going to catch fire. When i asked for a refund I was told there were no other rooms available and a refund could not be issued. Called the manager and the manager insisted that we change rooms instead of a refund. Switched the room and that room was dirty, linen was dirty, water from the shower went all over the bathroom. Overall worst experience ever. Highly NOT recommended.
