Walls were absolutely disgusting with food splatters, lamp shade had a bunch of gross stains on it, and there was a bandaid on the ceiling. Would not stay here again!

It was quiet and clean. Pool very refreshing, food was plenty and very good

Great place to stay. Clean overall and friendly staff. Close to outlet mall and many other stores. Elevator takes forever but that would be the only negative.

Check in wasn’t friendly at all.
Wifi is bad, we barely connected.
Parking was full.
We asked for additional 3 big towels as the room didn’t have enough, and it took us 30 mins to wait. And when towels were given, they were floor washroom towels.
Very disappointed with service overall.
Was not worth the $272 CAD/night I paid.

The location was close to the Falls (10minutes). Very close to shopping and restaurants,
Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were sad that hot tub was closed but was not stated on the website.
