The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. It is the only place I ever stay when I visit Niagara Falls.

My parents stayed there for an anniversary get away and the hotel only had 1 of 6 elevators were working and they had to take the stairs down 16 floors. They asked for a lower floor and were not accommodated. They are almost 80 years old and are in pain from this experience
