Our room was filthy and the front desk staff were hit or miss. Some were kind and others moody. The rooms had weird stinky smells as we stayed with a group of people. Beds were very uncomfortable. Over priced for the quality.

It was ok.. pay the difference and go to great wolf which i had to go to for one night and we had an amazing time

The water park was great, our 19 month old loved it. He had such a fun time and it’s perfect for little ones. The hotel was decent for the price. We went on a Sunday Monday so it wasn’t as expensive. The hotel is dated. First impression is the room was probably a previous smokers room. Smelled of farts 💨 and darts. 🚬 the rooms above us sounded like a marching band every night until midnight. The walkout room was convenient for accessing the vehicle though. The mattress was vintage- likely came with construction of hotel. Pillows were lumpy. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS!! Overall fun family trip… don’t expect a fancy room. But it had a fridge and microwave which is convenient for snacks.

The kids enjoyed the waterpark, but the motel itself is dated, dirty, and has ants. Multiple rooms in our group suffered with an ant infestation. Ants were crawling on them while they were sleeping. No fitness center. Our room wasn’t cleaned once in our three night stay. The cleaner left a note to say they couldn’t clean because we had “personal items” on the bed. Our daughter had a sweatshirt on the bed. We will not be returning.

I like how rhey have the waterpark hotel restaurants and arcade all in one and an outdoor play space

Economical experience. Not the best best but far from the worst. Kids enjoyed it.

Great place to stay considering Niagara Falls is not all that as portrayed online or by marketing. The staff is great and really helpful, I would recommend this spot to anyone. The waterpark is surely small and simple but does justice for children. My 10yr old daughter enjoyed it. Thank you Wendy at front desk, Lolita as well! Boston Pizza and Fields has decent food, the parking fee as others complain about is not that serious, I rather pay for safety.
