It was a good n a very affortable experience. Staff very friend n very helpful. Need a little more detail in cleaning. Bed not changed in 3 days. I do not know what the standard change time is. Overall it was a good experience.

Luckily the tv movies were in English. Friendly and approachable staff. Not too bad for first timer.

Changed room twice due to aircond problem (first time) and cockroach running around in the room (second time). Third room got the cockroach (2 pcs) too.. sob sob..

Friendly staff and comfortable

Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable. Close to beach too.
Cons: The rooms only Windows were in the bathroom which you couldn't see out or into the corridor. The room was also very small
Staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped us book a transport to I-Resort and gave us lots of advice. Breakfast had a choice of meals and were tasty. Room was clean and comfortable but it was very small and the shower drained slowly. Staff did their best to solve the drain problem and did fix it. Room wa comfortable but lacked Windows to see outside.

The staffs are very helpful and passion. They have gave a lot of information about Nha Trang, suggestion about where to visit and the range of price for our meal and transportation fees.

Disgusted with fleas micro bugs on all surfaces

Completely disgusted, disappointed and dissatisfied. I arrived to the hotel after 10 hours of flight and layover only to find out when checking in and getting a room that the hotel room was infested with fleas or some kind of micro bugs. I walked in only to notice that the sink area had them all over, upon further inspection, the headboard, side table, counter under the tv and coffee area had them all over as well. Disgusted as I was, I notified reception and told them about the issue, they said they don’t have any more rooms in that category of one double bed etc, they said I should just stay in the room and the next day I can get my room changed. As disappointed as I was, initially they said they couldn’t do anything, then they finally said they had a family room on the first floor no windows though, I said ok, let me check it out and see. Upon taking the other room, eventually I noticed the walls were dirty and black, at some point after looking closely onto the furniture I noticed more of the flea sized bugs. I immediately notified the front desk and wanted out. What likely traveler would stay in an infested hotel to maybe only wake up with bed bug bites let alone having the fear that they can enter my luggage and I’d likely be transporting them home. I immediately asked for a full refund as now I had to not only find another hotel to stay but also arrange my own transportation. The reception did not seem apologetic to my circumstance. They said we can offer you a partial

Average hotel in good location in need improvement

Average budget hotel near to the beach. We stayed 5 nights (paid in advance - or we would have moved.) On arrival room was not that clean, toilet seat broken. We asked for this to be fixed twice and it was on the second day. The location is ok. It's about 10 minute walk down to the main touristy area of bars, shops and restaurants. Beach is 5 minute walk away. Staff were helpful in arranging things. Breakfast experience was not good. Your free breakfast entitles you to one drink and one food item.. any more and you will be asked to pay. Also the breakfast team were not very helpful of polite. There needs to be a review by management and some changes made to improve this hotel. As it is, we would not recommend.

Tight and cramped but okay

The room is quite small and cramped. Although there seems to be some upgrades in the bathroom, the finishes and and construction is poor since there are many flaws and unfinished work like holes in the walls and no shower door. Overall it's okay but we've seen better for this price. The service was good and the staff was nice. The location is off the main street by 2 blocks.
